S&A suggest laser users should choose water cooling chiller with larger cooling capacity

S&A find that in the actual application of CO2 glass laser tube in current market, if the laser tube is used at full power, the heat load is actually higher than the indication of the tube. For better safety, users could choose chillers with larger cooling capacity for extending the using life of laser tube.

How to avoid the condensate water for temperature change of laser chiller

Generally speaking, when the difference in between inside and outside is 10 degrees, it is easy to  produce condensate water for the co2 glass laser tube, that may lead to laser tube broken. 
For the safety, S&A suggest the laser users should use the water chiller of intelligent temperature control to cool CO2 glass laser tube. The chiller could automatically adjust water temperature with ambient temperature changes. Usually, the water temperature will be 2℃  lower than the ambient, to avoid the condensate water for temperature change and extend laser tube life。

S&A water-cooled chiller for 100Watt Coherent metal co2 RF laser tube

The customer had purchased water-cooled chiller CW-6000 to cool 100Watt Coherent metal co2 RF laser tube not long ago. But he found CW-6000’s cooling capacity is not able to satisfy the cooling requirement of RF laser tube after cooling test.
 
Generally speaking, CW-6000 chiller of 2700w cooling capacity is satisfied with the customer’s cooling requirement. However, we found out that complicated structure and small water loop of RF laser tube would lead to less flow and larger resistance.
 
To solve the problem and extend the using life of the RF laser tube, we changed the pump of high water pressure and large flow for the customer.

UVLED customer called on S&A to establish further cooperation relation of chiller

Last Wednesday, S&A received an important customer who specialized in producing UVLED lamp and had purchased S&A water chillers to cool multiple types of power of UVLED lamp not long ago. Now, the customer called on S&A, to know more about S&A production ability and established further cooperation relation.
The customer said, the water chillers were not only applied to cool UVLED lamp of printer but also large electronics engineering project.
The customer also visited S&A’s production workshop of chiller, he was satisfied with production process, package, and logistics of chiller and express long-term cooperation will with S&A.

S&A water-cooled chiller for 300Watt fiber laser machine

Generally speaking, to cool fiber laser machine, S&A would recommend dual temperature and dual pump type of chiller CW-6100 to the user. S&A CW-6100AT is able to cool the fiber laser and optic lens at the same time, multiple use for saving cost, space and manual move, quiteconvenient for the user. 
But for the customer who was in need of purchasing chiller for cooling 500W fiber laser machine , it was not suitable to use CW-6100AT.
1. From the cooling requirement, there are any surplus when CW-6100AT chiller of 1400W cooling capacity is applied to cool 300W fiber laser machine.
2. In the interest of our clients, CW-6100AT is of high power consumption and expensive. That will increase customer’s cost.
As a result, for saving customer’s cost, S&A recommended CW-6000 and CW3000 to cool the fiber laser and optic lens.
