Recycling water chiller for cooling floating zone furnace
The customer is from the University of Australia. They just ordered a
floating zone furnace which is need to cool by recycling water chiller.
The specification of cooling water as follow:
-- water flow 3L/min
-- heat load 1100W
-- Needing to cool the furnace to room temperatures.
At first, the customer chose thermolysis type water cooler CW-3000, but the temperature of CW-3000 is not manually adjusted. According to the customer’s requirement, S&A CW-5200AI is more suitable for cooling the furnace.

Customer reflects CW-5000 chiller keeps on beeping
A customer reflects CW-5000 chiller keeps on beeping.
The reason as follow:
The chiller keeps on beeping 3 times with a small pause in between and pump doesn't pump water. The screen doesn't show any errors between temperature reading like stated in the manual.
S&A judge the pump is broken, and change it.
