Water chiller for Siemens dual 1.1KW electric spindle

High speed motorized spindle is one of the core part in engraving machine. The electric spindle in high temperature during working can effect the processed quality product easily.Thus it needs being cooled by circulating water. Electric spindles of domestic brands are cooled by S&A chillers mostly.
But recently, we had an inquiry about cooling dual 1.1KW electric spindle from Siemens. Even it's foreign brand, but S&A chillers are of high adaptability, so in this case, CW-6002AN of 3000W cooling capacity is recommended for cooling dual 1.1KW motorized spindle. This water chiller has dual water inlet and water outlet that dual water loop to cool the spindles.
During communicating with the customer, we knew that he has strict requirement about the water quality so we equipped 1 set of DI filter with the chiller as well as anti-scale addictive to avoid microbe and incrustant creating that may block the water loop.

Customer asked why did the CW-3000 chiller not pumping water

Last week, I received a email from a customer, he asked why did the CW-3000 chiller not pumping water? The question as follows:
"I connected the outlet of the chiller with the inlet of the laser tube and the outlet of the laser tube to the inlet of the chiller.
The chiller will not pump any water to cool the laser tube and the alarm goes on.
I disconnected the chiller from the machine and tried the chiller separately with a pale of water.
I inserted both hoses Inlet and Outlet to the water pale and filled the machine water tank as recommended by manufactured – filled with water 80-150mm from the top
When I start the machine it will pump water from the machine water tank to the pale but it will not suck any water from the pale to the machine tank to close the water circuit.
Once the water is pumped out from the machine water tank the alarm starts.
By mouth, I blow air on both inlet and outlet hoses and there is no obstruction to the water tank – inlet and outlet are not plugged."
S&A answered customer as follows:
"The water pump in our chiller can pump out the water and push back the water into the water tank through closed-loop pressure.In this case, the water loop is not closed so there is no pressure  to flow back the water. Thus to test if the chiller has flow problem, please use a short water tube around 30cm to connect the chiller water inlet and outlet, then see if there is alarm and water flowing. "

Industrial water chiller for 100watt Coherent laser tube

The customer is from USA in need of purhase industrial water chiller to cool 100watt Coherent laser tube and The customer selected CW-5000 chiller of 800w cooling capacity by himself. 
However, according to our experience in provide chiller to cool Coherent laser, the cooling capacity of CW-5000(800W) is quite not enough for this application although it don't run the laser all day every day.  To avoid insufficient cooling capacity when the heat power increases during laser tube working, so we suggest the customer should choose more refrigeration chiller CW-6000(1P 220V 60Hz, 2.8KW cooling capacity)

Users think the larger cooling capacity of the chiller the better but this is not the case

As the industrial machine developing, more and more industries are in demand of industrial cooling chillers. But S&A found that most of the users do not know how to select the right chiller models. Now we start from the selection. Sometims, users think the larger cooling capacity of the chiller the better but this is not the case. Technically speaking, the larger cooling capacity, the faster cooling speed and the better cooling performance. However, from the perspective of environment or energy efficien, overlarge cooling capacity leads waste and unnecessary power consumption, so we should select the chiller according to the principle that the cooling capacity is a little larger than heat power.
Furthermore, some users may not be able to cool down the equipment by choosing a chiller with not enough cooling ability and cause damage on the equipment and increase the user cost.
 
Therefore, to protect users' interests, please provide the detailed technical parameters of the cooled equipment such as total input power, heat power, required cooling water pressure / flow rate / temperature or cooling capacity to S&A sales team. They will recommend the right chillers for your application accordingly.

Identifying S&A water chiller and the counterfeit

Dear customers:  
 
CW-5200series industrial water chiller is researched, developed and produced by us, GUANGZHOU 
TEYU. It adopts hermetic box type design of compact structure, small size and easy mobility. With leading 
refrigeration technology and stable quality, TEYU chillers become standard product in refrigeration field, 
widely applied in laser and other industries with affection of customers at home and abroad. 
 
However, the counterfeiting product of TEYU CW-5200 is founded in the market. Both the quality and

1. Insufficient refrigerating capacity: after testing, the refrigerating capacity of fake CW-5200 is 500W, 
but TEYU CW-5200 is up to 1300W. Without enough refrigerating capacity, the equipment which is 
needed to be cooled cannot work correctly. For example, in mould industry, the equipment cannot 
work steadily due to high temperature, resulting in error occurring in the equipment, speeding up 
abrasion of the cutter, not able to guarantee the working accuracy for the parts. 
 
2. Instable quality: as a result of investigation, the percentage of counterfeit CW-5200 sent back for 
repair is particularly high, increasing the user!ˉs use-cost heavily. However, the main parts of TEYU
chiller are entirely new compressor from international brands, original water pumps and temperature 
controllers researched by TEYU / S&A, safe and environmental friendly, energy saving and high 
durability. Besides, most of the parts of TEYU chiller are original TEYU / S&A accessories, making up

3.  Lack of intelligent temperature control function: the counterfeit product does not have intelligent

4. High power consumption: the counterfeit product is of high power consumption, but it is very low in

S&A found that with the developing of UV industry, the demand for UV lamp cooling is getting greater and greater, as the supporting manufacturer for UV cooling, we should make our biggest effort to assist this new industry.

Industrial water cooler for cooling 2880WUVLED lamp

S&A received a call about cooling 2880WUVLED lamp from R company last week, At first, the customer choosed thermolysis type water cooler CW-3000 by himself. But the water temperature of CW-3000 water cooler is related to ambient temperature, so its thermostat is not manually adjusted .CW-3000 water chiller is not able to cool 2880WUVLED lamp effectively and may even lead to lamp broken.
 
For safe and stable long-term using of the UVLED lamp, we recommended CW-6100 refrigeration type chiller of 4200w cooling capacity to him, the water temperature can be adjusted. It is completely satisfied with the UVLED cooling demand.
