Dual temperature control water chiller for cooling 1KW fiber laser

Presently, this customer appreciated the good cooling performance and stable quality of S&A CW-5200AI purchased for cooling a 3W UV solid-state laser researched by themself. They were pleased to purchase one more chiller of large cooling capacity for working with 1KW fiber laser. However, it was only one parameter as flow rate >8L/min that was given by the customer who also feels difficult to choose the right model. In this case, how do we choose an appropriate chiller model? As a result, we presented an old case for their reference which is about using dual temperature control chiller CW-6300ET to cool 1KW fiber laser. 
After their interal discussion, the customer decided to take our advice of using CW-6300ET, a dual temperature and dual control model for cooling 1KW fiber laser as testing. CW-6300ET has 8.5KW cooling capacity, with 2 temperature control mode, which is constant temperature control as low temperature end for cooling the 1KW laser device, while the high temperature end is used to cool the lens of small heat power, dual water loop to satisfy the different needs in fiber laser device and the lens.

Water cooler for dual 100W glass laser tube of metal cutter

Last Friday, I received an inquiry call about cooling dual 100w glass laser tube of metal cutting machine from R company. In general, we recommend CW-5202AH water chiller of 1400W cooling capacity which has dual water inlet and outlet to the customer.
However, we found the water chiller would be running in high ambient temperature. According to S&A’ experience, if the glass laser tube for metal cutter was used at maximum power, CW-5202AH chiller would not be satisfied with the cooling requirement of laser tube.
 
To be safety, we recommended CW-6002AH chiller with larger cooling capacity to the customer.
 
After their interal discussion, the customer decided to take our advice of using CW-6002AH.

CW-6100AT circulating water chiller for cooling 500Watt fiber laser

Last Friday, Our engineer and I called on R company which specialized in producing fiber laser machine. The customer had purchased 8 pieces of CW-6100AT chiller of 4200w cooling capacity which are applied for the cooling 500W fiber laser. CW-6100AT has dual water cooling system and it is able to cool fiber laser and optic lense at the same time, multiple use for saving cost, space and manual move, quite convenient for the user.
The customer was satisfied with stable quality of S&A chiller, he said CW-6100AT chiller had been working for 1 month at a stretch during the test and it ran perfectly.
 
The customer also said he had used other brand of the chiller, at last he decided to choose S&A chillers as major supplier.

Thank you for the hardworking from the logistic department of S&A

Yesterday afternoon, I saw Mr.he in the logistic department carrying water chillers when I passed the workshop. Although that day was not hot, but his whole body was dripping with sweat.

The lightest S&A chiller is 9.5kg(cw-3000 series chillers) and the heaviest one is 400kg(cw7900 series chillers). Last time, the company was power-cut . To avoid delivery delayed, the logistic department decided to carry and move the chillers one by one.

S&A refrigeration chiller for cooling laser tubes

The customer is from Thailand and in need of purchasing refrigeration chiller to cool RF laser, fiber laser and laser diode.
According to the customer’s requirement, I recommended S&A chillers in 3 different cooling capacity. CW-5200 chiller of 1400W cooling capacity is applied to cool 50w-75w laser diode; cw-6000 chiller of 2700w cooling capacity is applied to cool 100w RF laser tube; cw-6200 chiller of 5100w cooling capacity is applied to cool 1000w fiber laser tube.
 
Above mentioned 3 chiller models all have 2 temperature control modes as constant temperature and intelligent temperature control. Under intelligent mode, the water temperature is adjusted according to ambient temperature. With that 1 key solution, customers no longer need to worry about the water temperature adjustment of seasonal changes.
