S&A water chiller for cooling a T-shirt wearing in a tank

A customer from US is using our water chiller CW-5200DI to cool a T-shirt wearing in a tank, but he found this chiller is not able to keep the water temperature down at 12 degree C. After further communication with the customers, we learn that he requires the chiller has 3200btu/hour cooling capacity at 12℃ water temperature. CW-5200 is not able to satisfy it in such low temperature. Thus, we select CW-6000DI for the customer. It has more than 3200btu/hour cooling capacity at 12℃ water temp.
