Dual circuit water chiller CW-6100AT has heating function

The fiber laser customer reflects that CW-6100AT will be used in cold areas and worried about the low water temperature to lead to failed startup. However, S&A CW-6100AT is of heating function to avoid low water temperature. CW-6100AT is mainly applied to cool 500W fiber laser.
