We contact the client immediately, firstly we suggest customer cleaning the chiller such as filter gauze, condenser and etc.
It is off duty at that time, however, we stay at company to stand by.
Shortly after that, the customer told us the chiller returned to normal.
Attention: after long time running without cleaning and too much dust accumulating, the filter gauze needs to be uninstalled and washed. Besides, clean the interior dust of the chiller and wash the water route.
