Generally speaking, S&A would recommend industrial water chiller to the customer for cooling 2KW CNC spindle. CW-5200 chiller has 1400W cooling capacity, compact size, long working and simple operation, it is satisfied with the cooling requirement of spindle.
But for this customer who was also in need of purchasing water chiller to cool 2KW spindle of 120000rmp. According to S&A’s experience, for the spindle of same power, the faster rpm and the larger heat power, therefore, the user should choose the chiller with lager cooling capacity. As a result, S&A recommended CW-6002AH chiller of 2700W cooling capacity to the customer, CW-6002AN has dual inlet and dual outlet, with stainless steel tank, high water pressure and large water flow, it can cool dual 2kw spindle at the same time.
