This customer had purchased water chiller CW-6000 to cool laser welding machine, but he faced problem, when the chiller is on,firstly chiller is working well. after some times it beeps alarm. and machine shows error message water flow low.
Now S&A show the possible problem.
1. When the alarm is on ,check if there is water flow in the pipe and the red light is on ?
2. Whether any alarm code is displayed on the thermostat?
3. Restore to factory setting.
Turn off the chiller first,Press and keep holding ▲and▼ buttons then turn on the chiller.Do not release the buttons until the controller display rE.
4. Please have a short hose just connected between the chiller inlet and outlet to see if it still has alarm.
