Why is the water temperature of chiller already 35℃,but room temp 20℃
The customer reflected that when the cutting machine worked for 5min later, the water temperature displayed 35℃, but the room temp is 20℃.
Now I show you some simple judgement and troubleshooting.
1. CW-5200 does not satisfy the cooling requirement of your equipment, maybe you should change another chiller with large cooling capacity, could you tell me what is the power of laser.
2. The voltage is not stable
3. It may be the refrigerant leakage，the user can contact S&A after-sales department for support: 4006002093 ext.2

A customer bought S&A water chiller CW-5200 to cool laser machine not long ago. However, he found the chiller would be bleeping when the laser machine is turned off.

S&A chiller CW-3000 doesn't have compressor and work like a fan
S&A CW-3000 is thermolysis type water chiller, it does not have compressor, couldn’t control the temperature, working like a fan to radiate the heat. It does the heat exchange between air and water.
If you want to control the temperature, please choose refrigeration type chiller, such as CW-5000,CW-5200,CW-6000 etc.

CW-3000 water chiller beeps constantly and no water flow
A customer bought a CW-3000 water chiller to cool 80 watt CO2 laser cutter, when he filled up the tank and connected the IN/OUT hoses to the laser, and then the Alarm Light is ON and beeps 3 times pauses and beeps 3 times constantly. At the same time, he found the water temperature and the fan in the back is working but NO water flow.
