Why is the water temperature of chiller already 35℃,but room temp 20℃

The customer reflected that when the cutting machine worked for 5min later, the water temperature displayed 35℃, but the room temp is 20℃.
Now I show you some simple judgement and troubleshooting.
1.    CW-5200 does not satisfy the cooling requirement of your equipment, maybe you should change another chiller with large cooling capacity, could you tell me what is the power of laser.
2.    The voltage is not stable
