High speed motorized spindle is one of the core part in engraving machine. The electric spindle in high temperature during working can effect the processed quality product easily.Thus it needs being cooled by circulating water. Electric spindles of domestic brands are cooled by S&A chillers mostly.
But recently, we had an inquiry about cooling dual 1.1KW electric spindle from Siemens. Even it's foreign brand, but S&A chillers are of high adaptability, so in this case, CW-6002AN of 3000W cooling capacity is recommended for cooling dual 1.1KW motorized spindle. This water chiller has dual water inlet and water outlet that dual water loop to cool the spindles.
During communicating with the customer, we knew that he has strict requirement about the water quality so we equipped 1 set of DI filter with the chiller as well as anti-scale addictive to avoid microbe and incrustant creating that may block the water loop.
